Donna Hiebert Artist College/University Ring Lifetime Limited Warranty

The following services will be performed for the original owner of this ring:

Donna Hiebert Artist will restore the original finish on your ring free of charge.

Resizing: Donna Hiebert Artist is careful to ensure that your ring is the right size for you. If we made an error and your ring is not the size you requested we will resize or replace free of charge.  If, for whatever reason, you ordered a size that does not fit you please contact us within 30 days of receiving your ring - under certain circumstances we may be able to resize your ring.  If this is not possible we offer a remake fee which is 50% of the current retail price of the replacement ring plus current standard shipping charges.

Any defect in materials or workmanship in the ring that is present at the time of original delivery will be repaired or replaced, at Donna Hiebert Artists option, without charge.

Your Donna Hiebert Artist College/University Ring Lifetime Limited Warranty is void if any work is performed on the ring by anyone other than Donna Hiebert Artist.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY, AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF DONNA HIEBERT DESIGN CANNOT DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province-to-province.

Rings needing repairs/resizing should be returned insured and signature required to the address below. Please include your order #, the return mailing address, email address, and phone number. Please ship your ring in a sturdy bubble-wrap mailer or box. DO NOT ship your ring in a letter envelope.
