A ceremonial rattle for Maggie. The snowy owl feathers and other elements are personal objects given to me to consider as additions when the rattle was being made. Every rattle also has what is called the "nucleus" - what allows the rattle to create sound. The rattle is often said to symbolize the sound of the creation of the universe. Materials are deer antler, deer rawhide, feathers, nucleus. The runes are chosen to represent and support the person for whom the rattle is made.
